Postage and packaging is £4.95 for all orders, so the more you buy, the more you save!

All orders are posted once a week on a Monday. The deadline for making the next Monday post is Saturday at 3pm, any order received after 3pm on a Saturday will be posted with the following week's orders. An example would be; Orders received between Saturday 1st January after 3pm - Saturday 8th January before 3pm posted Monday 10th January Orders received between Saturday 8th January after 3pm - Saturday 15th January before 3pm posted Monday 17th January etc.. We post our orders with Royal Mail 1st Class or Yodel Direct. You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail from us when we have despatched your order. We expect your parcel to arrive within 5 working days from posting date, but it may take longer during busy periods. If you have not received your order within 10 working days from posting date, please contact us immediately by e-mail or telephone.

At The Fudge Shop we value your custom and want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchases. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the quality of the products supplied, you should let us know within 7 days of receipt of the goods, preferably by emailing thefudgeshop@hotmail.co.uk We will normally ask you to return the goods, together with their original packaging, for either a replacement or a refund. Yes, we have a shop in Hay on Wye, on the border between Wales and England. We carry a wide range of sweets, fudge and chocolates in the shop than we are able to online, and if you are in the area, it is well worth a visit.
