Prices and Payment

The prices for goods displayed for sale on this site are in GB pounds sterling and inclusive of VAT at the current rate. Postage and packaging will be charged in addition to the cost of the goods unless otherwise stated. We accept payment through Paypal or by Credit and Debit card. 

Upon payment with Paypal, Paypal will confirm acceptance of your order by e-mail which will be sent to the e-mail address you provide on your order details. You will also receive a transaction ID with this confirmation, which will be required for any correspondence. This will create a legally binding contract between us. We are not able to supply customers outside the UK at present.

Delivery 

All orders are posted once a week on a Monday. The deadline for making the next posting day is Saturday 3pm, all orders received after Saturday 3pm will be posted with the following week's orders. (more info on our FAQ). We post our orders with Royal Mail 1st Class or Yodel Direct at a flat rate cost of £4.95 per order. You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail from us when we have despatched your order. We expect your parcel to arrive within 5 working days from posting date, but it may take longer during busy periods. If you have not received your order within 10 working days from posting date, please contact us immediately by e-mail or telephone. 

Returns and Damages

Under distance selling regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 days from the date you received the goods. You must advise us before returning any goods (by e-mail) to obtain a returns reference number. Goods must be returned to us in their original condition and packaging. The Fudge Shop is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during return and you are responsible for the cost of returning the items. We will refund the cost of the goods in full within 30 days of cancellation. 
We take the utmost care in packaging our products securely and check all items carefully before we send them. If however, your goods are damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and we will be able to discuss with you the options available to resolve the matter.

General Information

The Fudge Shop makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of images, descriptions and measurements; however, due to photographic limitations and different computer screens/settings, variations will occur. The products we sell are hand made, and as such will vary in size, shape and colour and therefore goods received may vary from the photograph shown.

Security

We have taken care to ensure that this website is as secure as possible. Credit and debit card transactions are made through Paypal, and no details are held by us, and will not be given to or held by any third party.
